Overview

Campus is hiring dedicated, student-centered Teaching Assistants to support our live, online college courses.

In Short

• Support and grade assignments for a group of 30-40 students in an 11-week online course.
• Act as a mentor and coach to students as they learn new skills.
• Attend lectures and lead discussion sections.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding.
• Communicate with students regularly.
• Help students stay motivated and build strong academic habits.
• Available to commit 4-6 hours per week.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms.
• Flexible scheduling to work remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for student success.
• Experience with digital tools and LMS.
