Senior Channel Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Channel Operations Analyst will be a key part of the Anthology Partnerships Program, responsible for ensuring partners have access to the right resources and support to sell and implement Anthology solutions.

In Short

• Manage partner access to systems and tools.
• Process and maintain records of partner contracts.
• Provide partners with access to demonstration environments.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage partner accounts.
• Optimize processes related to partner administration.
• Track partner success for analysis and reporting.
• Support partners with deal registrations and inquiries.
• Build relationships with internal and partner constituencies.
• Less than 10% travel required.
• Fluency in English and additional languages preferred.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a sales/partner/channel role.
• BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
