Overview

The Customer Engagement Program Manager will develop and manage targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, deepen engagement, and drive business outcomes.

In Short

  • Develop and manage personalized, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Partner with Data operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Creative teams.
  • Leverage customer segmentation and lifecycle data for automated marketing.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management across multiple channels.
  • Support customer recognition and advocacy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Own measurement and reporting of program performance.
  • Contribute to the success of the annual user conference.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Track record of optimizing automated marketing programs.
  • Experience using data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and multi-channel engagement tactics.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Passion for customer success and engagement.
  • Fluency in English at CEF B2 level or above.
