Overview

The Customer Care and Technical Support Advisor will provide assistance to student families, resolve inquiries, and troubleshoot technical issues in a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers
  • Strong computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Experience in remote troubleshooting
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Must reside in an approved state
  • High-speed internet connection required
  • Willing to accept a temporary assignment
  • Previous computer experience preferred
