Overview

As a Principal Consultant at Anthesis, you will lead Value Chain Transformation projects, providing clients with expert advisory services on sustainability, responsible sourcing, and social and environmental impact.

Lead Value Chain Transformation projects and client engagements.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Sustainability or related field; MS degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in sustainability and supply chain management.
Strong understanding of environmental due diligence and social sustainability.
Demonstrable leadership and people management skills.
Able to manage client relationships effectively.
Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
High integrity and ability to handle difficult conversations.
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and guidelines.
Ability to drive operational effectiveness.
Adept at using digital solutions for project delivery.
