Overview

As a Senior Director of Customer Success at Anteriad, you will innovate the way B2B marketers make data-driven business decisions. You will serve as the lead point of contact for key Programmatic/Social clients, owning customer relationships and ensuring premium campaign management.

  • Lead point of contact for key clients in Programmatic/Social marketing.
  • Manage customer relationships and alleviate strategic pressure from Sales Directors.
  • Drive growth and upsell opportunities through proactive communication.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and optimize campaigns across the lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to transition strategies post-sale.
  • Utilize Salesforce and proprietary systems for tracking campaigns.
  • Mentor Customer Success team members in Programmatic best practices.
  • Support new product rollouts with client feedback.
  • Lead recurring client calls and strategic planning sessions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and community outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong client service and campaign management experience.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and build trusted relationships.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Solution-oriented with strong presentation skills.
