Overview

Angi is seeking a Temporary Finance Manager for a long term assignment. The Temporary Finance Manager will oversee and lead the financial consolidations and reporting processes within the finance department.

• Lead the financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee the monthly forecast process and ensure alignment with FP&A's internal calendar.
• Finance Lead for coordinating the annual planning process and monthly forecast.
• Manage month-end close activities, delivering on-time and accurate financial data.
• Communicate real-time financial information to stakeholders.
• Review financial projections for accuracy and alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate in the preparation of presentation materials for the executive team.
• Work on special projects and ad hoc analysis supporting finance executives.
• Drive automation efforts to increase process efficiencies.
• Ensure SOX compliance, acting as the liaison with external auditors.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in consolidations and reporting.
• Experience with ERP and financial forecasting systems such as Netsuite or Essbase.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
