Director, Learning Design & Knowledge - Remote

Overview

Angi is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Learning Design & Knowledge to lead the design and development of engaging learning experiences and knowledge function for Customer Care.

In Short

• Oversee the design and development of high-quality learning content.
• Ensure learning content is engaging and aligned with adult learning principles.
• Manage the development of assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
• Establish a system for ongoing maintenance of learning content.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and content contributors.
• Manage resources effectively, including budgets and timelines.
• Engage stakeholders through a contributor certification program.
• Analyze learner feedback for content optimization.
• Travel within the US at least 4 times per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in curriculum design and knowledge management.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing instructional design expertise is a plus.
