Compliance Attorney - Remote

Overview

As Angi’s compliance attorney, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes advising on a wide range of compliance matters, conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing compliance programs, drafting and reviewing policies and procedures, and providing training to employees.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of experience in compliance or corporate legal positions.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent research skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skill in interpreting compliance laws and regulations.
• High standards of ethics and integrity.
• Familiarity with internet company laws is preferred.
