Overview

Anecdotes is seeking a result-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Texas or Florida to drive customer growth by generating leads and creating opportunities for the sales team.

In Short

  • Research, prospect and qualify potential customers within assigned US/Canada territory.
  • Run short qualification meetings with potential customers who inquire on the website.
  • Book discovery meetings for Account Executives that convert into pipeline opportunities.
  • Leverage sales and lead generation tools to identify prospects.
  • Build pipeline by initiating conversation and building relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing on monthly campaigns and initiatives.
  • Pair up with an Account Executive to outbound prospect into key target accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM and Sales Engagement platforms.
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably as a SDR/BDR in a SaaS startup.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales process and proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Experience or familiarity with the security & compliance domain.
  • Familiarity with Cloud services and Application Development lifecycle.
