Overview

Anchorage Digital is seeking a data guru in Compliance who loves working with data to drive valuable insights, particularly in alignment with BSA/AML standards.

In Short

• Work with transaction and client data to uncover patterns.
• Develop models, tools, and analytics for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple Anchorage Affiliates.
• Enhance and tune BSA/AML models.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and generate compliance reports.
• Support compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Work independently while being team-oriented.
• Leverage understanding of Anchorage Digital business lines.
• Contribute to design and automation of compliance processes.
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in financial services or crypto industry (bonus).
• Understanding of BSA/AML and OFAC regulations (bonus).
