Overview

As a Member of Client Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of collateral monitoring, margin management, and client interactions in a high-sensitivity environment.

In Short

• Contribute to operational KPIs and performance standards.
• Maintain the operations of the Atlas Collateral Management platform.
• Manage issuance of margin calls and notifications.
• Own and execute the collateral liquidation process.
• Serve as a point of contact for institutional clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Experience teams.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Develop and improve operational procedures and controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial markets operations.
• Experience in collateral management or similar roles.
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive processes.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with operational platforms and internal tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the digital asset ecosystem.
