Anchorage Digital is seeking a strategic leader to manage the Operations team for the Atlas Collateral Management product, ensuring smooth and accurate operations for institutional clients in the digital asset space.

In Short

• Lead the Collateral Management Operations team.
• Oversee daily operations of the Atlas platform.
• Manage collateral monitoring and margin management.
• Execute the collateral liquidation process.
• Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years in financial markets operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in collateral management or securities lending.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with operational platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the digital asset ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL is a plus.
