In Short

• Drive discussions with business owners about pricing modules, strategies, and best practices.
• Manage data extraction, modeling, cleansing, and migration processes.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, CSMs, support, and Sales teams.
• Identify client pain points and execute on client data requests.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to resolve onboarding challenges.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data migration.
• Create and maintain detailed guides and training materials.
• Work closely with Product and R&D teams to streamline onboarding.
• Research industry trends to educate clients.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling experience - MUST.
• Ability to work US hours (16:00-01:00 Israel time) - MUST.
• Academic or professional experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Independent, fast learner with a detail-oriented attitude.
• Hands-on team player with a passion for process improvement.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Active students - available at least until January 2026.
