Partner, Private Client Group - Remote

Overview

Anchin is seeking a Trust and Estates Partner who specializes in providing comprehensive tax, accounting, and consulting advice and services to high-net-worth families with an emphasis on tax planning and compliance for individuals, family investment partnerships, trusts, gifts, estates, private foundations and other aspects of wealth management.

In Short

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop and implement sophisticated tax, gift, and estate planning strategies.
• Advise clients on charitable giving and philanthropic endeavors.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure compliance.
• Work with outside attorneys to protect client assets.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and financial advisors.
• Assist clients in managing their overall tax picture.
• Focus on minimizing tax liabilities for families.
• Provide expertise in estate planning and wealth preservation.
• Supervise Senior Managers and Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in private client tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
