Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of extensive experience in tax, focusing on employee benefit plans.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
