In Short

  • Handle a portfolio of customers to improve ROI and secure contract renewals.
  • Act as the primary contact and trusted adviser for customers.
  • Work with account teams to execute account strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to grow Anaplan's footprint within existing accounts.
  • Monitor customer adoption and build action plans as needed.
  • Guide customers to achieve business transformation with Anaplan.
  • Ensure successful implementation and service quality.
  • Resolve technical issues and advocate best practices.
  • Safeguard high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Promote engagement through community usage and events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in account management or client services.
  • Experience with public sector or higher education customers preferred.
  • Customer-first mentality and proactive attitude.
  • Strong project and program management experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with model building and forecasting.
  • Planning and modeling experience is a plus.
  • Experience in corporate finance, supply chain, and sales planning is a plus.
