In Short

  • Manage and coach a team of SDRs, driving performance across KPIs and supporting their development.
  • Lead by example by taking part in power hour calling sessions with the team.
  • Own and lead new hire onboarding for new hires.
  • Act as a Player / Coach role, stepping in to cover team gaps.
  • Run regular team meetings, hold 1:1s, and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders in bi-weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Build skills to forecast, report on the business, and ensure team execution aligns to department priorities.
  • Ensure team accountability to KPIs including personalized outreach and meeting generation.
  • Manage inbound lead distribution and follow-up.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.

Requirements

  • 1+ year as an SDR with a strong track record of overachievement.
  • Highly organized and effective at time management, communication, and prioritization.
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching others informally.
  • Committed to team success and building repeatable systems.
  • Confident partnering with senior leadership and Sales.
  • Energized by helping others grow.
  • German mother tongue and English speaking.
