Overview

The Director of Sales Operations will play a critical role in optimizing and evolving sales processes end to end, overseeing sales tools, systems, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM.
  • Evaluate and refine sales processes for efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations.
  • Expertise in using HubSpot or Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in CRM management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting tools.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
