Overview

The Human Resources Intern will provide support to our Human Resources department, assisting with employee engagement projects, talent acquisition, onboarding, DEI initiatives, and administrative support.

In Short

  • Assist with development and administration of employee surveys
  • Analyze survey data and make recommendations
  • Support employee engagement efforts, including events
  • Assist with job postings and candidate communication
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems
  • Develop job descriptions and screening questions
  • Participate in DEI initiatives
  • Support onboarding plans
  • Manage team calendar and internal communications
  • Conduct research on HR best practices

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR functions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be local to Chicago and able to be in office once per week
