The Human Resources Intern will provide support to our Human Resources department, assisting with employee engagement projects, talent acquisition, onboarding, DEI initiatives, and administrative support.

Assist with development and administration of employee surveys
Analyze survey data and make recommendations
Support employee engagement efforts, including events
Assist with job postings and candidate communication
Maintain applicant tracking systems
Develop job descriptions and screening questions
Participate in DEI initiatives
Support onboarding plans
Manage team calendar and internal communications
Conduct research on HR best practices
Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be local to Chicago and able to be in office once per week
