At Sequoia Connect, we offer IT services and technical talent hunting services to global companies, and we are looking for a full-time intern to help continue this growth. The People Operations team is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to aid in the growth of our Engineering and Administration teams.

In Short

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to develop creative strategies for attracting and hiring top candidates.
• Comfortable working alongside hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
• Understand and apply job competencies in recruitment and selection processes.
• Research and evaluate innovative recruitment strategies based on job competencies.
• Complete assigned projects and tasks on time and with precision.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and escalate issues as needed.
• Stay updated with new technologies in a rapidly changing tech world.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• This is an internship program.
• Final year university student in Psychology or related fields.
• Preferred technical background.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic knowledge of G-Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail).
• High personal integrity.
• Friendly and approachable.
