Overview

The Staff Relations Manager will conduct HR investigations and provide guidance to managers and staff in Amgen’s JAPAC region, focusing on China and Taiwan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5 years of investigations/employee relations experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects.
• Experience with unions or labor relations.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Exceptional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience working across different cultures.
