Overview

Amgen is seeking a Specialist HR Systems & Solutions (Compensation Configuration) who will be responsible for configuring Workday's Compensation modules and supporting HR technology initiatives.

In Short

• Serve as a key Workday configuration expert on Core and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Support the annual compensation review cycle.
• Lead research and deployment of HR technology initiatives.
• Advise on Workday Best Practices.
• Deliver training materials and manage change efforts.
• Support other HR functional areas as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data.
• Function as Project Manager for Total Rewards enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends related to compensation management.
• Collaborate with HR Technology service providers on project implementations.

Requirements

• 5 years of HR experience with Workday Compensation modules.
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of HR IS experience.
• Strong configuration knowledge of Workday.
• Experience in creating and using Workday reports.
• 10+ years of HR experience.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with global virtual teams.
• Strong initiative and desire to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
