Requirements

  • At least two years in a Compensation role.
  • Understanding of compensation systems and databases.
  • Experience in customer action and consulting.
  • Technical acumen and familiarity with tools like Notion and Google Workspace.
  • Curiosity for AI and innovation in technical solutions.
  • Expertise in spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to explain compensation data elements to various audiences.
  • Proven track record of improving customer experiences.
  • Ability to work asynchronously and communicate effectively.
