• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with validation management tools.
• Proficiency in automation tools and validation software preferred.
• Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• SAFe for Teams certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with virtual teams.
