The Organizational Learning and Effectiveness Associate (OLE Associate) plays a crucial role in advancing organizational learning and performance at the Bainum Family Foundation, supporting initiatives that ensure the foundation achieves desired outcomes for children and families.

• Provide systems, tactical, and administrative support for the OLE team.
• Support operational excellence initiatives including governance and performance.
• Assist in project management and change management efforts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Experience in operations and process improvement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to gather and integrate customer feedback.
• Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• CAP-M or Agile certification in project management is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Asana is beneficial.
• Ability to support complex projects and change management.
