As a Senior Associate IS Business Systems Analyst at Amgen, you will leverage your expertise in business analysis and software development to support the development of innovative solutions for the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in Life Sciences or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
• Experience in writing user requirements in agile project management systems like JIRA.
• Preferred expertise in HR technology and product management.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code test automation software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
• SAFe for Teams certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
