Senior Business Systems Analyst, Workday HRMS/Payroll - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst, Workday HRMS/Payroll will partner with business leaders, business process owners, resource and support organizations to provide high quality systems and services. These systems and services will provide a competitive advantage to Natera’s HR business processes and provide an effective systems environment for business functions.

• Responsible for delivering value through strategic architecture and enhancement of Workday HRMS/Payroll applications.
• Defines business requirements and leads systems improvement initiatives.
• Requires strong HRMS and Payroll systems expertise.
• Serves as a key integrator across business functions.
• Experience in recommending process changes to improve information flow.
• Leads cross-functional teams to realize value of Business Systems.
• Gather, review, analyze and document business systems requirements.
• Manage HRMS/Payroll systems enhancements and projects.
• Work with business users to ensure effective systems design.
• Ensure integration points and data flows between systems are efficient.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 7 years proven success in Business Process Analysis and HRMS/Payroll systems management.
• 4 years proven success in enterprise level program/project management.
• 3 years’ experience in a technology-based global enterprise.
