Overview

The Customer Data Platform (CDP) Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling personalized, data-driven customer engagement across Amgen’s omnichannel ecosystem, ensuring customer profiles are unified and actionable for marketing campaigns.

In Short

• Manage audience segmentation and activation using Salesforce CDP.
• Ensure accurate and unified customer profiles.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams.

• Conduct QA and UAT of CDP audiences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 4+ years or Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of digital compliance and regulated industry standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CDP.
• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL.
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance standards.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective organizational skills.
