Requirements

• Doctorate degree in a scientific field & 4 years of experience in drug development or biopharma business development.
• Master’s degree & 7 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree & 9 years of experience in R&D or biopharma business development.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in managing direct reports.
• Ability to interface effectively across different functional expertise.
• Professional demeanor with strong decision-making abilities.
• Ability to foresee and solve problems.
