Overview

In this vital role, you will join a collaborative team implementing and supporting the next generation of safety platforms and supporting technologies, focusing on resolving daily issues related to data processing.

In Short

• Supervise daily data processes to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with teams to tackle system and data reconciliation issues.
• Document and maintain records of recurring issues and proposed fixes.
• Develop dashboards or reports to track system performance metrics.
• Participate in regular team meetings for process improvement discussions.
• Implement test plans and validate system updates.
• Identify and document system bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve them.
• Automate repetitive testing processes to improve efficiency.
• Work with internal and external teams to mitigate system bottlenecks.
• Ensure data adheres to KCI metrics regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems.
• 0 to 3 years or 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data transfer processes.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and QA tools.
• Good understanding of SQL and database programming languages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with strong presentation skills.
