Overview

As a Credit & Capital Risk Management Associate at Upstart, you will support key risk management initiatives for Upstart’s loan portfolios and co-investment structures, analyzing complex credit underwriting and performance drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in credit risk or capital markets.
• Strong analytical skills with complex cashflow models.
• Excellent communication skills for clear insights.
• Familiarity with AI-based underwriting models is a plus.
• Experience with large datasets (SQL, Python, VBA).
