The Cardiovascular Key Account Director will lead a team of Cardiovascular Key Account Managers, focusing on business development and strategic account management within the Northeast region.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree & 4 years of sales experience OR Master’s degree & 8 years of sales experience OR Bachelor’s degree & 10 years of sales experience.
  • 2 years of managerial experience.
  • 8+ years in the biopharmaceutical sector preferred.
  • 6+ years of managerial experience with customer-facing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with payer or integrated health systems.
  • Ability to recruit and develop talent.
  • Deep knowledge in Cardiology preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare sales or marketing.
  • Ability to engage and mobilize diverse groups.
