Requirements

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must meet NMLS requirements.
• 3+ years of sales leadership in consumer direct loan origination.
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to connect and establish rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
