In Short

• This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position.
• The schedule is Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm EST or 9am - 6pm EST.
• Engage with potential customers, showcasing why AmeriSave is a premier lender of choice.
• Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners.
• Transfer qualified warm leads to the licensed Loan Officers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers.
• Successful team members will work to obtain necessary licensing.
• Inside or field sales experience required.
• Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred.
• Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus.
• Telesales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls.
• Must be independent, self-motivated and organized.
