Call Center Sales Agent - Remote

Overview

The Call Center Sales Agent is responsible for engaging with customers through telephone sales and providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Outgoing direct sales and customer service contact with new and current customers by telephone.
• Must have a smile in your voice and be customer service oriented.
• Must project your voice while speaking in a very polite, professional manner.
• Offer high quality sales service to determine needs of the customer, answer any questions.
• Maintain knowledge on products and procedures to provide assistance to the customer.
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Maintain call center/order management systems by entering information.
• Sales service experience a must, Phone-related customer service a major plus.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Ability to work 4-5 hours per day with no issues.
• Dedicated space, computer, and reliable internet required.

Benefits

• Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Friday, 4-5 hours per day - 4 days a week.
