In Short

• Provide documentation and rebuttals to investors for credit items.
• Deliver loans to investors and agencies (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA).
• Ensure notes are requested and returned from investors and agencies.
• Final Certification of GNMA pools and reconciliation processes.
• Handle unsalable loans placed in scratch and dent pools.
• Obtain purchase advises for FNMA and FHLMC loans.
• Provide files for MI audits and supporting documentation.
• Manage loans pulled for FHLMC and FNMA QC.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience (processing).
• Adept in complex income analysis and appraisal review.
• Proficient with DU.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Government and prior wholesale experience is a plus.
• High-speed internet required for remote work.
