Overview

AmeriSave Mortgage is seeking a Help Desk professional to join their IT team, focusing on delivering exceptional support and assistance.

In Short

  • Provide tier 1 level technical assistance via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research issues using available information resources
  • Implement issue resolution and advise users on appropriate action
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Redirect problems to tier 2 and tier 3 support as required
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests
  • Assist senior IT staff as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; some college coursework required
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite
  • Ability to assist others with complex issues professionally
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
