Executive Vice President (EVP) of Wholesale Mortgage Lending - Remote

Overview

The EVP of Wholesale Lending will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and compliance across our wholesale lending channel. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, a strong network of broker relationships, and a passion for innovation in lending practices.

• Define and execute the wholesale lending strategy aligned with AmeriSave’s broader consumer lending expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, ensuring high-quality loan submissions and service standards.
• Lead underwriting, processing, and funding teams to ensure efficient and compliant loan operations.
• Partner with technology leaders to implement AI-driven solutions for document processing, broker onboarding, and loan approvals.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal risk management protocols.
• Set KPIs and drive accountability across teams to meet volume, quality, and profitability targets.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and retail lending teams to align strategies and share insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling wholesale operations and broker networks.
• Deep understanding of mortgage regulations, underwriting standards, and secondary market dynamics.
• Experience with digital lending platforms and AI applications in mortgage workflows is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
