• Lead the design, development, and optimization of AmeriSave’s contact center platforms.
• Architect a modern, cloud-native contact center built on CPaaS technologies.
• Continuously evaluate emerging platforms for customer engagement.
• Define and monitor KPIs for agent performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee integration with CRM and analytics platforms.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulatory standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and customer service teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering or contact center technology.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with CPaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of telephony systems and CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
