Overview

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical services and support for the electronics assembly industry, focusing on customer interactions and product demonstrations.

In Short

Demonstrate AIM’s solder products on production lines.
Collaborate with sales associates during product evaluations.
Respond to customer technical support requests.
Provide support on-site, remotely, or over the phone.
Travel to customer sites for technical support.
Perform troubleshooting and process optimizations.
Submit reports and maintain customer relationships.
Assist in product development projects.
Maintain organized daily work.
Support customer “Beta Site” testing.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in electronic assembly.
Post-secondary education in Science or Engineering preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support.
