Director of Contracts & Grants - Remote

Overview

The Director of Contracts and Grants is vital to the organization, directly reporting to the Executive Vice President initially and then the Chief Philanthropy Officer. This role involves researching new grant opportunities, cultivating funders, writing proposals, and managing the overall process of tracking and monitoring proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred.
• 5 years of experience in grant lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with nonprofit funding sources.
• Proficiency in report creation and accuracy.
• Knowledge of grant-making principles and regulations.
• Demonstrated project management expertise.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong writing and research abilities.
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid California driver’s license required.
