Project Manager – Renovations Operations - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will oversee ongoing projects within the Renovations Construction Operations, managing REO & REIT projects, contractor performance, and developing policies and procedures.

In Short

• Manage the pipeline of approved workload for project completion.
• Prepare proposals and client-facing written material.
• Improve SLA quality and efficiency for renovation clients.
• Communicate project status and milestones to team members.
• Oversee proposal drafts and content assembly.
• Maintain a database of approved content.
• Make monthly presentations on local market operations.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders for relevant content.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Project management experience in Real Estate/Field Services.
• Client-facing experience and confidence.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate across business units.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• 10 years of REO & REIT experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, RenoWalk, and HOVER/Eagle View.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
