Overview

The Renovation Project Manager will oversee ongoing REO & REIT projects, manage contractor performance, and ensure projects are completed on budget and timeline.

Requirements

• 10 years of REO & REIT experience.
• Experience in single-family construction and remodeling.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and RenoWalk.
• Reliable transportation for site visits.
• Must own a vehicle with valid insurance.
