The Software Delivery Center (SDC) team in Toulouse at Alten aims to meet the outsourced development needs of our clients, focusing on web and embedded development.

In Short

Lead technical projects in a collaborative environment.
Identify solutions and provide technical estimates for projects.
Design and model software architectures in a CI/CD environment.
Collaborate with international teams.
Respond to calls for tenders and manage client needs.
Recruit and train team members.
Conduct coaching and community engagement.

Work in various sectors including Environment, Aerospace, Finance, and Telecom.

Requirements

Master's degree (Bac+5) and at least 6 years of experience in web or embedded systems.
Experience as a Tech Lead.
Proficiency in AGILE methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy.
Good level of English.
Experience in high-commitment environments is a plus.

Salary between €40,000 and €55,000, depending on skills and experience.
