Support Engineer (H/F) - Remote

Overview

The Support Engineer will be integrated into the PLM project teams at Avenir Conseil, directly interfacing with users to address requests and provide solutions to issues encountered during the deployment of PLM (3DX) and CAD (Catia V5 and V6) systems.

In Short

• Manage requests via the ticketing tool.
• Resolve Level 1 and 2 issues related to CAD and participate in the testing phase.
• Monitor server activity, including backups and alerts, to ensure operational continuity.
• Train users by creating documentation and technical procedures in English and French, including tutorial videos.
• Oversee data migration according to current standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Bac+5 university education.
• General knowledge in mechanics and interest in project management or AMOA in the industrial sector.
• Familiarity with tools like Catia, MS Project, or PLM such as Windchill, Dassault Systèmes, Siemens is a plus.
• Curious, versatile, and flexible nature with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and a commitment to user support.
• Good level of English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and interest in new technologies.
