Scrum Master - Insurance Sector - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our teams at a major client in the insurance sector. The Scrum Master will be responsible for optimizing the Agile process by guiding and coaching the Squad while adhering to the fundamental elements of Scrum.

In Short

• Organize Scrum events (Daily Standup/Sprint review/Sprint retrospective).
• Ensure Scrum processes are correctly applied.
• Protect the team from external interactions.
• Facilitate team reflections to identify continuous improvement areas.
• Promote collaboration among Squad members, BA, and PO.
• Encourage team self-responsibility.
• Ensure collective ownership of the team's backlog.
• Ensure team performance and predictability.
• Ensure the application of AGILE practices and respect for the Delivery cycle.
• Help the Squad improve its AGILE practices.

Requirements

• Available as soon as possible or within 1 month.
• Mobile in Nanterre (IDF).
• Looking for a permanent position.
• At least 3 years of experience in this role.
• Experience in the insurance sector is required.
