Overview

The N2 Support Engineer role involves providing top-tier support to clients and third-party organizations for integrating Ingenico payment solutions into their POS payment infrastructure throughout development, pilot, and deployment phases.

In Short

  • Ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement with the client.
  • Investigate technical issues reported by clients/integrators.
  • Collaborate closely with Ingenico's regional and central R&D teams for quick resolutions.
  • Lead client support calls and meetings on technical issues.
  • Support pre-sales and development opportunities as well as post-sales activities.
  • Manage workload and multiple activities while balancing priorities.
  • Deliver tasks on time with consistently high quality.
  • Demonstrate a creative and dynamic approach to support clients.

Requirements

  • Bac+5 in Computer Science.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (technical experience and client interaction).
  • Fluent in French and English.
