Overview

The Infrastructure System Administrator is responsible for providing technical support, managing changes, and ensuring best practices in a dynamic environment.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for technical support at an intermediate level.
• Driving change management and monitoring execution.
• Performing audits and recommending best practices.
• Documenting and reviewing SOPs and change reports.
• Managing incidents and service requests for high severity tickets.
• Conducting POCs and demos for new customers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with relevant technologies.
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere and Hyper-v.
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Experience with SCOM and Dynatrace.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server.
• Intermediate knowledge of DHCP, DNS, FTP, IIS Management, ADFS.
• Intermediate scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).
• Basic/Intermediate knowledge in database administration.
• Basic/Intermediate network knowledge.
• Basic/Intermediate ITIL knowledge.
