In Short

• Responsible for the provision, administration, and support of specialized IT applications and infrastructure.
• Involvement in the analysis and support of log performance and monitoring data within the IT infrastructure.
• Maintain and create technical documentation and manage user and permission assignments.
• Support the Azure environment, Mobile Device Management, and Application Management with Microsoft Intune.

Requirements

• Completed training in IT or a degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally experience in supporting server systems and applications, as well as in Zero-Trust, IT Security, and ITIL processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP Basis and systems is desirable.
• Solid knowledge in Windows Server Services, Microsoft applications, VMware, Veeam, and Linux is an advantage.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
